Beginning Tuesday, September 5, TAP founding member, Business Roundtable, will deliver a red lunchbox to every Capitol Hill office to remind policymakers that acting now on improved math and science education is critical to our youth's and our nation's future success. Just as children receive "Back to School" checklists, Congress, too, has a "Back to Work" checklist to help keep America on the cutting edge of science and technology:

Strengthen K-12 math and science education programs.
Expand undergraduate and graduate science and engineering programs.
Double funding for basic research in the physical sciences over ten years.
Fix visa and green card programs for highly educated, foreign-born professionals.
Extend a strengthened R&D tax credit permanently.
